My younger brother asked me about this movie and now I can't stop grasping at it. The main scene that we can remember is an ice skating rink parting to reveal a laser or gravity gun or something scientific underneath it. He thinks it was on the Disney channel, but I don't remember, I just keep getting flashes of it and it's driving me insane.
