There is a song that I love, and every time I hear it, I think to myself, "THIS TIME, I'll remember this song!!"
But that actually never works out. I have no idea what it is about this song, but when I hear it, I love it, and want to remember it, but never can.
I heard it tonight, and was certain that I would remember it, then a Meatloaf song came on and destroyed the tune I had in my head.
So. It sounds like an 80s or earlier rock/country tune, but leans more to rock than country. It has a part in the middle where it takes a half beat pause and then the lyric is something like "Back in Tennessee".
It's not a lot to go on, but I would super appreciate anyone who can get it right, and shower you with love thoughts.
Edit: It is not Back To Tennessee by Billy Ray Cyrus.
Great song! There's a couple of versions of it, and if the one you've heard is the Darius Rucker version (who used to be the lead singer from Hootie and the Blowfish), listen to the other version, because it's much better!
