So I was talking to someone recently, a friends' friend, and he lived in a 2BR for a while, nice area of Brooklyn, close to Manhattan, etc. when his roommate moved out he decided to airbnb the other room instead of getting another roommate.

He managed to live many months rent free, made profit a few times, and other months still had fairly subsidized rent. And he met all these cool people from all around the world/country.

I diiid used to use that.

I guess I could log my weak-assed current workouts and get back in the game.

I got tired of it around the time Fitocracy hero happened and they started making my workouts Free 2 Play.

it didn't really change anything

that fitocracy hero just added some extra features that i wouldn't use anyway... it's still more or less the same, and the mobile app is better / easier to use

An OB marker, short for "out of bounds marker", is a term used in Singapore to denote what topics are permissible for public discussion. The full form of the word is rarely used.

The term is adopted from golf, where an out of bounds marker denotes the area beyond which playing is not allowed. However, unlike golf, the OB markers of Singaporean political discourse are not visible.
