    What's funny is that when you get high enough in solo queue ranked people will fight over who can play support

    I hope to never reach that point.

    If I can't play the SR equivelant to murder bridge in lane I feel I'll suddenly start sucking when I have to farm and stuff.

    I've found ranked is pretty much random for what roles people want, sometimes like 5 people call mid, sometimes we have a pile of people call jungle and support. It's crazy. Thankfully most folks are actually pretty reasonable, though I have had a game where dude insisted he couldn't play anything than mid. He ended up bottom shouting "CAIT IS ZONING ME" starting at level 1 and continuing for the entire game.... so I guess in retrospect he was telling the truth.

    I dont understand this to be honest, like why play ranked if you can't play anything but one role

    Yeah I usually call jungle because I'm pretty good at it, and with jungle I can usually force bad players to win their lanes in allot of situations if I hold their hand and babysit them. But if someone else wants to jungle I can play whatever we need. I get the impression that some dudes just hit 30 and go immediately into ranked as their preferred "play a game" button. Maybe it's cause other games have ranked modes as the default online game type.

    Man, so glad I ground out the Sentry Vulcan skin the last few days, totally worth it if just because of the re-skinned turrets.

    Kind of sad that queues in GA never pop, though.

    I think it's okay, but it really has a "not enough bodies to make stuff work" problem where the best bits (PvP) are never going to fire because there's not enough players to actually fill a match. The PvP back in the day when it launched and had people playing it was pretty fun, in a TF2-ish sort of mode. The open-world PvE stuff is basically extremely generic and forgettable, and only seems to be there because people wanted it and it's a easy way to level.

    Plus I think Firefall & Warframe do whatever it was trying to do better.
