    its just an option, I chose it. I could go back to 8 hr days every day if I wanted to.

    I also get all 11 federal holidays and if it blizzards or snows heavily then I can get snow days/delayed openings

    so overall I get somewhere around 40 weekdays off every year without using any vacation time.
