Fizzbuzz is a "classic" interview question (that nobody actually gets exposed to in real life). It goes like this:

Count from 1 to 100. If the number is divisible by 3, print "fizz" instead of the number. If divisible by 5, print "buzz" instead. If divisible by 3 and 5, print "fizzbuzz".

It's pretty much a "weed out the impostors" question.

I don't program, but the stumbling block for me would be whatever determines a number's divisibility

I guess you'd have to know how to make the program identify integers

Fizzbuzz is basically "do you know how to use modulo?"

Shivahn, what class will you be rolling in Neverwinter?

I've got a Control Wizard or whatever it's called.

She's been made but hasn't entered the world yet.

I am all about the debuffs and subtle things, so it seems perfect for me. I am not a super actiony person, I am a "do weird shit and stuff to them" person. Like most RPGs piss me off because poisoning your opponent and applying debuffs doesn't work on bosses.

    So yeah, control wizard.

    It's a fun playstyle.

It's why I loved the Mesmer in Guild Wars.

I played a Warlock in WoW and it was great for me.

Yeah, I had a lot of fun playing Warlock too. Just running around dotting everything was very satisfying.

Plus I loved the little fellhunter.

WELL WHATEVER I LOVE WIZARDS ANYWAY

Nah it is about control just not on bosses since they are immune. But controlling adds is huge. I run a force push, force choke, an ice stun and a shield I can use to repel with. Lots of control.

Awesome, that sounds like my kind of class.

there's a warlock quest to color all of your fire spells green now

it culminates in an actually challenging solo encounter, such that there are dozens of people that have recorded themselves accomplishing it

It's the kind of thing I'd expect there to be more of in that game

I played every class in WoW up to an early level (20ish if I recall correctly).

Warlock was definitely my favorite, followed by druid.

    Shapeshifting is appealing.

So I've found that leveling is sometimes more fun for me than the endgame.

Like, back during either TBC or Lich King (whenever Siphon Life was a distinct spell of its own), taking my little level 42 warlock and running through a mob-dense area just hitting everything with 3-4 DoTs and letting them beat on me while I both did damage to them and healed myself at the same time. You basically never had to stop killing, because warlocks can turn HP into mana and their DoTs heal them so you're constantly generating HP. Plus I could steal mana from my Imp whenever I needed to.

Honestly that was some of the most fun I think I've ever had playing vidja-games. That, and pulling 4-5 trash packs in Hellfire Ramparts and the Blood Furnace on my lowbie monk and never dropping below ~90% HP, because lolavoidancestacking.

Depends on the class, and how you wanna play it, imo. I loathed having to level my pally from 85-90 because I wanna do on my pally is PvP heal. I couldn't bring myself to switch to Prot or just heal in 5-mans, so I got to 90 mostly through grinding random BGs with the occasional 5-man.

Also post-3.0, heirlooms make leveling even more of a joke.

I'm in favor of a lot of things that just aren't practical. I think it's just part of being a rational adult to realize not all the things you think should happen will or can happen.

i mean even stuff that can and does work for a lot of people. just, i guess, it's important to be practical in a localized way: even though i admire other people who live this way, i know it's unrealistic for me.

though we both know i'm just going to leave the pop-up open for 2 or 3 minutes until i decide you're not doing anything and then hit cancel and it will work fine anyway.

why do we play these games?
