well considering it's a 2d isometric game with little in the way of effects.

I would like to assume that if you have a graphics chipset capable of Direct x 9 you should be ok.

i haven't bought a pc game since deus ex

my wife plays the sims 3 on here, but we had to turn a lot of things off to get it to work OK

Okay according to steam you need winXP, 1.2 GHz CPU and about 512 megs of ram.

I'd say if you can run sims 3 you should still be able to run this.

I played it on my laptop mostly fine

There was some slowdown when a lot of enemies were on the screen but it was playable

Also to figure what CPU you have right click on my computer and hit properties and go to hardware monitor/device manager and read what it says under Processors.
