btw there are ways to get therapists for free in Canada

but you need to be on some kind of social assistance and be willing to wait months for one to free up, and they can usually only see you once or twice every month or two

i don't know how useful that info is for you, but, there are ways that won't torpedo your bank account

I have a shrink, it costs me $0, but I'm on disability support and i was referred to him as a neuro-cognitive therapist via my neurologist

the fact that he's also a psychotherapist is just fortuitous
