Not sure if it's okay to post but I made a Grooveshark playlist of the Rocksmith catalog to listen to at work/see if I liked the music. I'd be happy to share it if it's allowed. There were actually several songs/bands I had never heard of before that I really liked on it so I was really happy about that.

I recently started buying games on Steam, and I'm looking for a decent gamepad to use as a controller instead of using the keyboard and mouse. Only problem is I'm using a Mac. Specifically Macbook Air with OSX Lion. Are there any out there? I've looked and looked and i only see good controllers for PC. Any help or solutions is greatly approciated.

I have a Logitech F510, works great on PC. According to this link it works on OSX Lion.

If you already have a 360 wireless controller, you may wanna check out the usb wireless dongle. I use on on my PC and iirc it will work on mac too.

No story and no interaction except from walking around the randomly generated island. There ARE things to discover and there is an end though. It's mostly about wandering around and enjoying the sights and sounds.

Do you mean the Rise of a Dynasty DLC? It is one of the unlock bonus of the bundle once they hit 3500 sold bundles.

They're both good learner guitars. The fender might be more reliable. The nice thing about those super cheap fenders is that they're light as hell and you can knock em around pretty good without feeling any guilt. It also has three pickups to the Peavy's one, so that'll let you get a few different types of sounds out of it compared to the Peavy. I'm not really sure about getting the 'starter kit' type of deal though. Chances are if you like it, the mini amp will feel shitty to you and you'll buy a newer bigger one anyways. If you're planning to use it predominantly with the Rocksmith game it will almost never be plugged into the amp as well. My point is if you're spending $160 on a guitar + accessories, you might as well just spend the $160 on a slightly nicer guitar.

But I learned on a similar fender, was like $100. They're great for learners. Just don't store it anywhere that's too damp or too dry. The wood will warp/split.

I use the wired Xbox 360 controller for most things, there's a driver you need to install for it and the majority of recent games will use it.

The only thing I haven't had work was Gameloft's Nova 2, which didn't recognize the triggers. I had to use a Logitech pad for that, which I gave up on after about 30 seconds because the game pad support was terrible.

For those of you recommending controllers for steam games, do you think it is easier to use for games such as darksouls/dishonored and/or BS:Infinite? I'm going to buy at least one of these when my quarter ends in three weeks as a me-gift
