I use to like Chili's but the place is an anathema to me now. I had 1 bad experience, not really the food either, and now I have 0 interest in ever going back.
I mean I like some chains like Black Eyed Pea because they have really good veggies plates. And their pork chops are pretty amazing I have discovered. But I eat there once every few months type of thing.
I tend to go to more of the local places because some are boss like Crave, B&B, The Old Stone Church and Pegasus where I live now. Oh and Santiago's for 5 dollar questionable content but amazing Mexican food and green chili.
My fiance has a friend with FM who had to give up literally all the things she loved doing, and I always get a little bit incensed when people treat it like it's a disability of convenience as a consequence. Because you're right, the folks who are all "Thanks for coming over and playing water polo with us! Sorry I can't watch your dogs next week while you're out of town, my fibromyalgia is acting up!" make things really shitty for those who must change their lives as a consequence of the syndrome.
I like this new style of streaming albums a couple days before they get released
I keep buying the albums so it must be working
But a person who has serious depression and other health problems, like obesity, physical disabilities, chronic pain disorders, diabetes, etc. is going to be depressed and they're going to struggle harder with dealing with those problems than people who have those problems and don't have clinical depression.
The end result of that is when there's co-morbidity between depression and other health problems, the individual will not only measurably deal with their situation poorer on average, they're actually going to see their struggle as intrinsically harder than it actually is. They will see themselves as more obese than they are, find their chronic back pain more debilitating than it might actually be, find their diabetes far harder to manage than it really is, etc.
Depression lowers your tolerances and thresholds for the things that make you suffer, and makes all the suffering you feel blur together into this horrid morass that you find way worse than it really is. So, when it's present in a person who is dealing with anything else, depression (and it's jittery cousin, anxiety) needs to be seriously and aggressively treated and managed or the rest of that shit is going to be for naught.
then they won't get my money until they do. Like every other band that has made this inane decision.

I think I only like a few of these songs so far
maybe they put too much mojo into the tron soundtrack
This is infuriatingly true.
that was a pretty good album. i guess "electronica" is a pretty broad category.
i listened to some, like, shaman and front 242 in the 90s. it was not particularly good stuff.
Oathkeeper - Updates Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Buy Issue One! >< Two! >< Three!
NEW! >< Four!
That's fair, I'm all about the electronic vindictiveness. (Though will never use Spotify due to "it needs you to use Facebook". See: Vindictiveness.)
yeah that's absolutely a real thing and it's good to be mindful of it
although you overdo it some ways and i've seen it cause you meaningless stress
I think "wow what a dingus" because I can control hiccuping and stop it I I don't understand why everyone else doesn't just do this!
(half trolling, half serious, can y'all really not stop it?)
like every other decent digital music seller
I'm diggin' it
I had it separated from my FB for a long time, I think you still can?
I'm not really expecting to like it, I didn't really like when Discovery veered its most disco-ey and it seemed like this one was going that direction
I didn't like Get Lucky at all at first, but after I heard it like 20 times I did, so maybe it'll be a grower
Fun fact, it doesn't require your facebook.
<===facebook not connected.
when the indigo children come
too much singing
I'm quite lucky in the sense that my physical ailment is actually extremely easy to treat (salt loading), so that at least helps with the tiredness and weakness.
Actually makes the depression better, since being tired and depressed creates a nice little feedback loop.

Is it disco
I find the purchase experience from amazon way more irritating
like, buy the shit
then launch this proprietary downloader instead of just downloading the file
then like, where is my shit now
whereas with itunes I just buy it and it's in my thing easy peasy
but maybe it's diff on windows and I will come to hate itunes too
All this stuff about "there's power in blood!" blah blah your father was important blah blah. You don't really have any of your father's blood. You have his DNA and genetics otherwise, but blood?
a lot of pop musicians later in their careers transition really successfully to scores - marc knopfler, RZA, trent reznor, daft punk
not so many seem to transition back very well
Did they walk that back? I'd read a while back that "yay, it's here! ... For facebook users only, lol". Site does seem to say "sign up with email address" though so... Hm.
i think it's a nice song, but it doesn't feel daft punky enough for me.

The track that is playing at 1:14:00 into the steam is terrible.
So very terrible.
yeah that's a bit unexpected
There's a pretty large overlap between the experience of physical pain and the experience of psychological pain. (Example: http://www.apa.org/monitor/2012/04/rejection.aspx)
and only recently have researchers been able to completely ferret out the difference on fMRIs (http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa1204471)
I buy album.
It syncs to my phone.
I don't even need to plug my phone into a computer.
iTunes is pretty awesome.
The haters are cray.

Goddamnit, Thomamelas, before I backtracked your hyperlink and found the Jalopnik article, I thought that someone had rediscovered what made 1992 awesome, and flight simulators with moving cockpits were making their way back into video arcades where they serve you pizza as an animatronic teddy bear sings at you while pantomiming at strumming a banjo.
