Also of note, if you can swing a diet primarily of blueberries, salmon, asparagus, sunchokes and nuts you'll be amazed at what it can do to your energy levels/weight loss. Extra points if you can swing Ketosis at some point and use that as the rehab normative diet.

Fresh berries from the store are kinda expensive.

And kind of a waste to use in cooking.

Not that it stopped me because I used all the frozen raspberries and then grabbed the fresh raspberries intended for eating and threw them in too.

it's also a bit too expensive.

I had an awesome mango on Friday. Just perfect and juicy.

    Fruit is good.

Also we have plums that grown around here. Small, tart and good. Also the bears eat them and get drunk when they start fermenting.

Also really good red raspberries in mountains.

Nah, but I do have an espresso machine.. Which my girlfriend got for free from her ex boss because she "didn't have room" and traded for our old drop machine. I don't drink Folger's or anything, just any dark roast espresso ban is fine by me.

Jamaican Blue Coffee is some of the smoothest coffee you can get, actually. It's wonderful, but $30+ a pound. Magnum Farms puts out some pretty good Jamaican blue that isn't pure, but has enough to keep the smoothness.
