IR/NV is pretty OP, honestly. The fact that it's on a scope means that you have to be scoped to use it and have to give up the ability to zoom in order to have it, which I think is fair balancing for how ridiculously useful it is.

I think it's fairly balanced.
You can't see cloaked units scoped in, which means covering doors is harder with it.
If there's something in the background, like an Eng repairing a tank or turret it's effectively useless.

I actually think there's something to be said for having the desire to manicure a cutesy Internet persona sandblasted out of one every so often.
they have pretty great stuff for lifestyle- you might not like their WAYWT type threads (super hipster, if that's not your thing) but they have very information-dense, good megathreads on watches, suits, weightlifting, running, etc
It was worse on NeoGAF and the forum that I moderated after that.
