I have absolutely no defenses against donuts, including dunkin's fare. Someone brought a box to my office on Monday, and I ate five within one hour.

Pile cinder blocks in front of your fridge. When you get stressed, try to move them before you're too tired to eat.
When you can move a 6ft stack of cinder blocks and not be exhausted, you get to have a meal (and then put them all back).
