Your ping is low. It's a measurement of how much latency there is on a connection, or how long does it take for the info to get there. Give you a little comparison:
The ping there is testing against the server at comcast who is my provider.
And this is me testing against the University of Houston. Note my ping is a bit higher because UofH is a bit longer trip.

I'd agree and I didn't actually have a lot of problems with a lot of the instances through the books. This particular one had a background where basically he was a mook on a pirate boat and the captain was your basic snidely whiplash, and they're the only survivors of a shipwreck because the "mook" takes care of both of them. They get into a situation at the titular abbey and the mook gets along great with everyone. Eventually the snidely whiplash commits larceny and murder against a lovable elderly character and is stopped by the mook, who... decides he can't live at the abbey even though he had gotten on good with them for multiple chapters.
I remember this shit because that made me angry! I don't remember which book it was, or any of the other events occurring in it.

First of the year, back to back.
Anybody? No? Solar activity? No?
Even though I only had like 5 minutes of prep time you idea for the warmup went over great (luckily I had a list of dates of when things were invented, or built, or when people were born lying around already for an information gap activity I was planning).
It may not have been the heaviest lifting from an English perspective, but it got them hearing the target grammar a lot, and using it some, but mostly it got then smiling and laughing and engaged during English class, which is the most important thing for my job, as far as I am concerned.
So thanks a bunch!
