Although people whom are in the know have tweeted the Vita is going to have a great E3
I think Sony is really going to step up to the plate, between every PS4 game being streamable to the Vita and this susposed incoming alotment of games the Vita could pick up steam.
Thomas Was Alone was great too! Short, but really endearing.
It'll come down to the PS4 price and how many games there are at launch. Right now there aren't enough to get me excited.

More traditional PC style architecture
Seems like it was mostly designed by the western Sony teams
8GB of GDDR5 ram (very fast)
low power sleep mode with almost instant resume to gameplay
Blurays still
ability to stream your gameplay to ustream from the console without any impact to gameplay
controller has a touch pad on it.
Im expecting $400 for the base model maybe $450
they haven't said other wise and I don't expect them to change that.
Possibly just your firstborn's arm and leg. We don't know yet.
I'm hoping for E3, but not expecting it.
