I have to accept that it wont stop raining; if things are still shit at noon I am giving up on running outside and talking a walk with umbrella to my gym.
I might even use the tanning machine a couple times before I go to the beach so I don't fry to a crisp on my first day out there...

I am going to put some SPF 15 on, and take 5-7 minutes in the bed a few times to get my skin used to the idea.
Even with sunscreen, I will burn if I don't ease myself into it, and since I will be hanging out with family... I will not have full autonomy on what we are doing.
